| 摘 要： | 软件实训是提高学生开发技能的重要途径,基于能力成熟过程的软件开发实训是根据人对技能的掌握规律,学生通过实训管理平台实现分阶段循序渐进的掌握软件开发技能。在实践中取得了较好的教学效果。
