基于Pspice的电路仿真故障注入的方法研究

摘    要:为克服在测试性验证与评估过程中手动进行故障注入时费时的问题,对Pspice电路仿真中的故障注入的方法进行研究,提出了一种仿真电路故障注入自动化的方法,使用LL(k)语法分析技术开发了Pspice解析器,用Hook技术对Pspice进行监控,实现了电路的自动故障注入和仿真。经验证提出的解决方法,有助于提高在测试性验证与评估过程中故障注入的效率。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of time-waste in the fault injection by hand in testing validation and evaluation,this paper researches the fault injection method in the circuit simulation based on Pspice and brings forword a method of automatic fault injection.It develops a Pspice parser by using LL(k) parsing technology,adopts Hook technology to supervise and control the Pspice,and realizes the circuit’s automatic fault injection.This method has been proved that it redounds to the efficiency of fault injection in the course of testing validation and evaluation.
