油田经济规模产量计算方法

经济规模产量已经成为石油企业持续稳定发展的重要指标。该文从规模经济理论出发，提出了经济规模产量的确定原则：应用《技术经济学》中的“盈亏平衡理论”，以“盈亏平衡”为底线，努力追求“利润最大化”，兼顾成本最低化；研究提出了计算油田经济规模产量的3种方法，即成本最低产量计算方法、盈亏平衡产量计算方法和效益最大产量计算方法，指出用盈亏平衡理论可以确定油田经济规模产量的区间，并求得效益最大产量和成本最低产量。金宝油田是一个普通稠油油田，1977年投入蒸汽吞吐开发，1990年进入递减期，目前探明储量动用率高达86．2％。1053口油井开井率为69％，平均单井产油量2．3t·d^-1。应用油田经济规模产量计算方法，以利润最大化为目标，确定其经济规模产量区间为（19.32～62．65）×10^4t．其中效益最大产量为45．84×10^4t．操作成本最低产量为36．17×10^4t，进一步证实了这一方法的实用性。该方法的研究．将有利于从源头上控制投入，使有限的资金发挥最大的效益。

Calculation of economic commercial production for oilfield

Economic commercial production is a critical index in maintaining the sustainable development of the petroleum enterprise. In this study, based on the commercial economic theory, the principles to determine the commercial production are proposed by applying the profit and loss balance theory in order to try to maximize the profit and at the same time to minimize the cost, taking the profit and loss balance as the bottom line. Three methods are put forward to calculate the oilfield economic commercial production, i.e. the economic commercial production calculation method with minimum cost, calculation method with profit and loss balanced, and the calculation method with maximum profit, which indicates that the profit and loss theory can determine the range of economic commercial production and the maximum profit production and minimum cost production can be derived. Jinbao Oilfield is a conventional heavy oilfield, with the cyclic steam stimulation initiated in 1977 and with the production starting to decline in 1990. Up to now, the producing degree of the proved reserves is as high as 86.2%. The ratio of the active wells to total 1,053 wells is 69%. The average oil production of single well is 2.3 t per day. By using the calculation method of economic commercial production in the oilfield, it is determined that the range of economic commercial production is 193,200-626,500 t, the economic commercial production with maximum profit is 458,400 t and the economic commercial production with minimum operating cost is 361,700 t, which confirms the practicability of this method further. The study of the method greatly improves the oilfield investment from the beginning, maximizing the full play of capital.
