汾河清水复流生态调水量研究

摘    要:基于河道单元水量平衡原理,通过对汾河河道来水、供水的分析,计算不同规划水平年方案下汾河主要控制断面流量过程,确定了汾河复流的合理生态用水量。结果显示:现状年汾河河道生态基流除汾河二库以上河道之外,以下河道均不能得到完全满足。为此,河道生态环境状况比较严峻;河流生态方面考虑满足河道基流生态需水及河滨带生态中水平用水,在万家寨引黄3.2亿m3、沁河引水7 304万m3的情景下,基本可满足汾河生态保护与恢复的要求。

Abstract:Based on the channel unit water balance principle, the reasonable eco-water demand for the clean water restoration of Fenhe River is determined through the analysis made on the inflow and water supply of Fenhe River and the calculation made on the flow hydrographs of the main control section of Fenhe River within various schemes for the target-year of planning. The result shows that within the present situation level year, the ecological base flow in the whole downstream channel of Fenhe River of Fenhe Reservior II cannot be fully satisfied, except the upstream channel. Therefore, the channel eco-environmentalsituation therein is quite serious, and then if the eco-water demand for the channel base flow and the average water consumption for the ecology of the riparian zone of the river are considered to be satisfied in the aspect of the river ecology, the requirements of the eco-protection and restoration of Fenhe River can only be basically met under the condition of the water diversion of 320 million m3 from WanjiazhaiYellowRiver Diversion Project and 73.04 million m3 from Qinhe River.
