摘    要:以北京为研究典型,基于MIKE BASIN在GIS 平台上建立北京水资源优化配置模拟模型,尝试开展信息化、精细化、动态化的水资源配置研究。通过对“十二五”水资源规划条件下的水资源配置方案进行模拟计算与分析比较,发现模型应用于缺水型大城市能够取得较为合理的水量配置成果,具有较好的适用性,能进行不同水源条件的方案计算,可为水资源战略决策、规划配置及工程建设等提供科学依据,可为最严格的水资源管理提供技术支撑。

Abstract:By taking Beijing as a typical study case, Beijing optimal water resources allocation simulation model is established on GIS platform based on MIKE BASIN, and then the study on the informationized, refined and dynamic water resources allocation is tentatively made herein. Through the simulative calculation and comparative analysis on the water resources allocation plan under the condition of the water resources planning for the 12th Five-Year Plan, it is found out that more reasonable water allocation result can be obtained, if this model is applied to the water-shortage megacity. Therefore, the model has a better adaptability and can make the calculations on the schemes with various water sources conditions, lay a scientific basis for the decision-making of water resources strategy, planning and allocation as well as the engineering construction, moreover, can provide a technical support for the stringentest water resources management concerned.
