摘    要:通过对不同负荷条件下锈蚀梁的承载力试验,探讨了持荷大小与试件内钢筋锈蚀程度间的关系,分析了钢筋锈蚀率大小对混凝土梁变形性能的影响规律。研究结果表明:负载作用对钢筋锈蚀有促进作用;混凝土强度的后期增长能有效地弥补锈蚀对梁变形造成的不利影响;混凝土强度相近时,随钢筋锈蚀程度增加,锈蚀梁跨中挠度增大,挠度计算时应考虑粘结性能退化引起的抗弯刚度降低的影响。

Abstract:Through the tests on the bearing capacities of corroded reinforced concrete beams under various loading conditions, the relationship between the size of sustained load and the corroded degree of steel reinforcement in the specimen has been explored and the law of the impact from the corrosion ratio of the reinforcement on the deformation performance of the beams has been analyzed as well. The results indicate that the load has a promoting effect on the corrosion of reinforcement and the increase of the concrete strength during the later period can effectively make up the unfavorable impact from the corrosion on the deformation of the beam. When the concrete strengths of the beams are similar, the mid-span deflections increase along with the increases of the reinforcement corrosion degrees. Therefore, the impact from the decrease of the bending rigidity caused by the degradation of the bonding performance must be considered during calculating the deflection concerned.
