锅炉排污率计算方法的探讨

摘    要:传统的锅炉排污率计算公式是在假定炉水中物质含量恒定的前提下而推导出,存在着明显的局限性.锅炉排污率计算值与实际值往往差别很大,有时甚至出现负值.该文根据炉水中SiO2等组分含量的瞬时变化,建立表达炉水中SiO2等组分含量与排污率关系的数学模型,克服了传统排污率计算公式的缺点,可以编程计算出锅炉排污率。

Abstract:The conventional equation, which is used to evaluate the blowdown percentage of a drum boiler with the constant conditions of the boiler water, has obvious disadvantage. The figures of the blowdown percentage of a drum boiler might be quite different from the actual results ,and even with negative value. An equation is established ,which is distinguished from the conventional one, because it contains the variable concentration of a mineral, i.e. SiO2, in boiler water. With the help of the new equation, the blowdown percentage of a drum boiler can be calculated accurately.
