摘    要:随着现代化进程的加快,大学生群体的心理问题越加突显。正确认识和分析大学生的心理状况,加强心理健康教育成为时代发展的必然要求。拓展训练作为其中一种行之有效,符合大学生身心特点的训练方式越来越得到各方面的关注。

Abstract:Exposed in the ever-developing modernization,college students are becoming more psychologically problematic.Hence,it is the inevitable demand of the times to understand and analyze the psychology of college students and improve their psychological health.As one of the practical and effectual training methods that accords with college students' physical and mental characteristics,outdoors sports is now receiving increasing attention from every quarter of the society.
