锦纶粘扣带抗静电整理工艺研究

摘    要:研究了用含纳米碳粉树脂对锦纶粘扣带进行的抗静电涂层整理工艺,硫酸铜抗静电剂对锦纶粘扣带进行的抗静电浸渍整理工艺,以及耐洗涤强化工艺,结果显示:用6%(相对混合物质量的百分数)的纳米碳粉对粘扣带进行涂层,粘扣带底布的表面电阻达到104Ω;浸渍整理时,浸渍温度40℃、浸渍时间12h,毛面粘扣带的表面电阻达到105Ω;浸渍整理后,洗涤5次,毛面粘扣带表面电阻达到109Ω,洗涤6次,表面电阻上升到1010Ω;而经耐洗涤强化工艺后,洗涤6次,毛面粘扣带表面电阻为109Ω,能达到抗静电要求,但耐洗涤次数提高有限。

The study of antistatic finishing technology on nylon hook and loop fastener

Abstract:Antistatic finishing on nylon hook and loop fastener made with carbon powder-resin, and antistatic agent dipping technologies as well as washing reinforcement process were researched, results showed that: the surface electrical resistence of the fastener's bottom was 10^4Ω by means of resin coating with 6% carbon powder; dipping 12 h at 40℃, the fastener's surface electrical resistence turned to 10^5Ω, after washing 5 times, the electrical resistence increased to 10^9Ω, after washing 6 times, the electrical resistence in- creased to 10^10Ω; through the anti-washing technology, after washed 6 times the electrical resistence maitained 10^9Ω, which could reach the antistatic demand, but the washing times were limited.
