摘    要:提出了一种自动的二维四边形网格重分技术 ,其中包括网格重分的判定、新网格的生成和变形场量的传递。该技术可与刚塑性有限元程序和图形处理器集成为一个完整的系统 ,应用于复杂塑性成形工艺的模拟。利用系统对火车车轮成形中的镦粗和预成形进行了模拟 ,结果表明 ,该网格重分技术不仅可以使模拟实现自动化 ,而且具有较高的精度

Abstract:In the paper, the techniques in automatic remeshing of 2D quadrilateral elements are described. The remeshing procedures including the following steps: the remeshing decision, the new mesh generation and mapping of current state variables. The remeshing techniques are integrated with 2D rigid-plastic FEM program and graphics processor(AutoCAD)into a whole system, which is applied for the simulation of complicated plastic forming process. Upset and preform processes of railroad wheel are simulated by using the integerated system. The results of simulation show that the presented techniques not only automate the simulation but also keep a high precise.
