摘    要:基于GPRS/CDMA和Internet的融合通信技术,构建了车辆事故呼救系统。该系统利用车载传感器获取车辆碰撞状态数据,并利用序次Probit模型估计驾驶员的损伤程度。通过无线通信技术,将驾驶员损伤程度估计、车辆是否翻滚、驾驶员-车辆基本信息、事故GPS数据等发送至事故呼救服务中心。事故呼救服务中心可以自动启动Google Earth软件确定事故方位,并可以激活事故车辆内的视音频通信,增强对事故现场的了解程度,提高事故救援效率。

Abstract:Vehicle accident calling system is built based on the integrated communication of GPRS/CDMA and Internet.This system uses on-board sensors to acquire the vehicle collision state data,and estimates driver injury severity by means of ordered Probit model.All information including estimated driver injury severity,whether the rollover accident happened,driver-vehicle basic information and GPS data of accident is transmitted to the accident calling service center.The accident calling service center can not only determine the accident orientation by starting the Google Earth automatically,but also activate the video-audio communication in the accident vehicle,which is conducive to enhance the understanding of the accident scene and improve the efficiency of the accident rescue.
