机械式缠绕机的三坐标机械联动控制分析

摘    要:文中首次对机械式缠绕机实现三坐标机械联动控制进行了研究,提出了伸臂运动联动控制方案;并对控制参数进行了理论分析,确定了伸臂控制杆的有效长度和两固定挡块之间的有效距离计算方法,以及机构控制环链的布局方案;对伸臂控制丝嘴运动轨迹进行误差分析,提出了减小缠绕线型误差的调整方法.
