水力喷射定向射孔与压裂联作技术在水平井压裂中的应用

摘    要:传统的水平井施工是通过油管传输射孔和分段压裂来进行的,为简化其施工工序,降低成本,在长庆油田多口水平井中应用了水力喷射定向射孔与压裂联作技术。结果证明了该技术是水平井压裂工艺中比较安全、高效的一种工艺。与传统技术相比,该技术具有井下工具简单、工序少等特点,一趟钻具可以压裂2~3层,明显缩短了施工周期,降低了施工成本。

Abstract:Conventional operation in horizontal wells has been conducted through tubing conveyed perforating and staged fracturing.In order to simplify operation process and reduce cost,a combined technology of hydraulic jetting oriented perforating and fracturing has been applied in many horizontal wells in Changqing Oilfield.It has been proved that this technology is safe and efficient in horizontal well fracturing.Compared with conventional methods,this technology uses simple downhole tool and procedures.One trip of tools can fracture 2-3 layers, and has obviously shortened operation period and reduced cost.
