| 摘 要： | 广西凤山天承黄金矿业有限责任公司选矿厂原设计采用湿式半自磨、球磨闭路式磨矿流程.由于矿石中黏土矿物含量较高,试生产中出现矿物过磨及两段磨矿负荷不平衡等问题.根据矿石性质及3个月的试生产实践,将原半自磨、球磨闭路磨矿流程改为半自磨机与分级机闭路流程,不但保证了磨矿产品的质量,提高了回收率,简化了工艺流程,提高了磨矿效率,而且降低了生产成本,取得了良好的经济效益.

| Abstract: | The former designed ore grinding process is closed circuit semi-self grinding and ball grinding in the ore processing plant of Guangxi Fengshan Tiancheng Gold Mining Industry Co.,Ltd.Because of the high content of clay minerals in ore,the ore is over grinded and the load of the two grinding stages is not balanced.Based on the ore properties and 3 months' trial production,the grinding flow is replaced by closed circuit wet type semi-self grinding and classifier.As a result,the grinding quality is ensured,the recovery rate and grinding efficiency is enhanced,the processing flow is simplified and the production cost is cut.Good economic benefits are obtained. |
