普光气田高压高含硫酸气管道的焊接及热处理工艺

普光气田是高压高含硫气田，地面集输管网采用全湿气加热保温混输工艺，管道材料采用抗硫碳钢等，焊接工艺复杂。文章阐述了耐高含硫酸气管道的选择、焊接、热处理工艺；耐酸气管道焊接的技术难点；耐酸气管道关键焊接技术（金属粉芯半自动下向焊接技术和厚壁集输管道温度控制技术等）。工程实践表明：集输管道焊接一次合格率为95．3％，返修合格率100％。
