摘    要:DZJ1220叶片是目前无锡透平叶片有限公司最大、最长、最重的静叶,加工难度很大。利用UG软件中的CAM模块功能实现了开槽叶片的数控加工,并对加工工艺流程及编程过程进行了分析。

Abstract:The DZJ1220 stationary blade manufactured by Wuxi Turbine Blade Co.Ltd is very difficult to process since it is the largest,longest and heaviest stationary blade at present.CAM module in UG software has been used for numerically controlled processing of slotted blades.An analysis is being made to the process flow and programming course.
