| 摘 要： | 对焊接大型工字钢易产生超标弯曲变形和角变形的问题进行了理论分析，并提出了防止变形的工艺措施。提出的采用活动式立筋板焊接操作工艺不仅可以防止焊接变形，而且明显提高工效。

| Abstract: | theoretical analysis is made on easily happened issues of over-proof bending flexure deformation and angle deformation dur-ing large-scaled I-steel welding,and associated process preventive measures has been presented.Adopting movable vertical rib plate welding process can not only prevent welding deformation but also enhance working efficiency evidently. |
