摘    要:鉴于汽轮机油系统中主油泵的自主设计需求,在流动分析与结构分析理论的基础上,编制了低比转速离心泵水力设计软件,与基于ANSYS WORKBENCH软件平台的水力性能预测模型和结构强度分析模型相结合,构建了主油泵集成设计系统,并以60 Hz-300 MW机组主油泵的全新设计作为设计实例,验证了主油泵集成设计系统的有效性和可行性。

Research on Integrated Design System of Main Oil Pump under Multi-software Condition
Abstract:Owing to independent design requirements of main oil pump for steam turbine oil system, on the basis of flow analysis and structural analysis theory, the hydraulic design software of low specific speed centrifugal pump was established. Combining hydraulic performance prediction models with structural strength analysis model based on ANSYS WORKBENCH software platform, the integrat?ed design system of main oil pump was established. At the same time, the new design of main oil pump for 60 Hz-300 MW unit as de?sign example was done. The effectiveness and feasibility of main oil pump integrated design system were verified.
