摘    要:通过对2.5 MW直驱风力发电机定子线圈全套绝缘性能研究分析的介绍,系统评估了该机型定子线圈绝缘材料及绝缘结构。结果表明,定子线圈常规绝缘性能及在高频和工频电源下的耐电老化寿命均能满足行业标准及机组长期安全运行的需要。

Study on Insulation Performance of Stator Coil of 2. 5 MW Direct-drive Wind Turbine Generator
Abstract:This paper introduces the performance test and analysis on insulation of stator coil of 2. 5 MW direct-drive wind turbine generator along with analyses, followed by a systematic assessment of insulation materials and insulation structure of the stator coil. Result shows the insulation performance of the stator coil and electric aging life at high frequency and power frequency can meet the requirements of industrial standards for stable operation of the unit.
