摘    要:1 750 MW核电机组是目前世界上单机容量最大的第3代核能发电机,其单机容量大、结构复杂、技术要求高,相应制造难度大。本文主要介绍了1 750 MW核能发电机转子装配工艺技术,针对转子部套的结构特点、转子装配难点,进行了多项工艺试验、工艺研究,通过研制多种专用工装,结合切实可行的工艺创新方法,解决了生产过程中遇到的各种技术难题。

Rotor Assembly Process of 1 750 MW Nuclear Generator
Abstract:The EPR 1 750 MW nuclear generator is the third-generation nuclear generator with the most advanced technology. It has the feature of large capacity, complex structure, high technical requirement and high manufacturing difficulty factor. This paper describes rotor assembly technology of 1 750 MW nuclear generator, a lot process tests and researches were carried out aimed to the difficulties in assembling. Also, many process equipment were designed and applied to fulfill the innovated process of rotor assembly.
