摘    要:文章首先对机组低压外缸的结构做了较详细的介绍,并采用三维有限元分析方法,对低压外缸建立了有限元分析模型,计算了低压外缸的变形、静刚度、固有频率以及动刚度,以确保该低压外缸的刚性与振动特性满足设计要求。机组实际投运后低压外缸振动指标优良,分析结果与实际情况较好吻合。所以低压缸结构设计中数值分析作为重要的仿真手段能确保汽缸安全稳定运行。

Stiffness and Vibration Analysis of LP Outer Casing of Dongfang 660 MW Ultra-supercritical Double-reheat Steam Turbine
Abstract:The structure of steam turbine LP outer casing is detailedly introduced. Based on FEA method, 3D FEA modle of LP outer casing is established, the deformation, static stiffness, intrinsic frequency and dynamic stiffness are calculated to ensure that the stiff?ness and vibration of LP outer casing meet the design requirement. The stiffness and vibration parameter of LP outer casing are excel?lent in turbine operation. Result of FEA calculatation is conformed with the fact. It shows that the numerical analysis can provide use?ble data for LP outer casing designing and improving.
