摘 要: | 汽轮机高中压外汽缸的设计、整体结构要保证有足够的强度、刚性及法兰中分面的密封性。文章采用三维弹性接触理论,建立东方660 MW二次再热汽轮机高中压外缸的有限元模型,进行温度场、热应力和机械应力及变形仿真分析,为汽缸的安全可靠性评定提供了技术依据。

Abstract: | The calculation of the strength,stiffness and tightness are very important when HIP casing of Dongfang 660 MW ultra-su?percritical double-reheat steam turbine is designed.Based on the three dimensional elastic theory,the paper establishes the finite el?ement modle of HIP casing for Dongfang 660 MW double-reheat steam turbine to analyse the temperature field, stress and deformation simulation, provides a technical basis for safety and reliablity of casing. |
