| Abstract: | On the basis of funds managernent, financial management in overseas petroleum engineering project focuses on control of project cost and management of the account beyond the law and taxation. Its financial risk management requires attaching great importance to probable risks and their prevention, such as funds risk, exchange rate risk, cost control risk as well as tax management risk. |
