生产性内循环(IC)厌氧反应器的启动过程试验

摘    要:试验对3组生产性IC反应器的启动过程进行了研究。这3组生产性IC反应器在进水COD平均浓度约15700mg/L时,出水COD去除率均达到95%以上,都能够完成启动过程。采用颗粒污泥接种的IC反应器启动时间为136d;采用絮状污泥接种的IC反应器启动时间为187d。当絮状污泥分批次欠量投入IC反应器时,部分种泥因失去活性而使得IC未能达到设计负荷。

Abstract:The start-up process of three industrial-scale IC reactors was studied in this experiment. The results show when influ- ent COD is 15 700 mg/L, COD removal rate of three IC reactors can reach 95 % and start up successfully. It takes 136 days to finish the start-up process using granular sludge. It takes 187 days to finish the start-up process using flocculent sludge. When less floccu- lent sludge put into anaerobic reactor in different time, part of sludge loses activity, which makes IC reactor fail to meet the design load.
