摘    要:硝基苯作溶剂 ,用 0 .0 5 %碳酸钠水溶液萃取工业品色酚中 2 -羟基 - 3-萘甲酸 (即 2 ,3-酸 ) ,在 Na H2 PO4水溶液中 2 ,3-酸与阳离子翠蓝 GB缔合形成蓝色缔合物 ,再用氯仿将缔合物反萃取至有机相 ,分光光度法测定色酚中 2 -羟基 - 3-萘甲酸。工作曲线线性范围 0 .0~ 2 .0 mg/L( r=0 .9986) ,表观摩尔吸光系数ε=8.0 2× 1 0 4L/( mol· cm)。回收率 98.3%~ 1 0 2 .7%。运用本方法对六种工业样品进行了测定。

Abstract:Hydroxy 3 napthoic acid was extracted from nitrobenzene solution of the samples with 0.05% sodium carbonate water solution. A stable blue complex is formed in NaH 2PO 4 water solution after reaction with basic pure blue 3G(C.I.51004). The complex was reextracted with chloroform. The results show that the apparent molar absorptivity is 8.02×10 4L/(mol·cm), and the calibration curve is linear in the range of 0.0~2.0 mg/L. The recovery rate is between 98.3%~102.7%. Six commercial samples have been determined.
