摘    要:提出螺旋锥齿轮超声振动复合研磨的方法,介绍了其原理;利用声弹性理论,从声弹性机制的层面上,研究了轮齿超声研抛的机理;综合轮齿接触分析与声弹性理论,通过实例计算分析了螺旋锥齿轮超声振动复合研磨方法不仅是可行的,而且与传统的方法相比具有明显的优越性。

Elastodynamics of Ultrasonic Lapping on Spiral Bevels and Hypoid Gears
Abstract:The method of ultrasonic vibration lapping on the spiral-bevels and hypoid gears was first presented. The corresponding theory and method were introduced. The physical process of ultrasonic lapping was studied on mechanics of elastic waves by elastodynamics. Combined the tooth contact analysis and elastodynamics, an example was investigated to prove that this processing method was not only applicable to lap spiral bevels and hypoid gears, but also possessed more advantages than the traditional lapping method. This research provides an effective means for precise machining and finishing of spiral-bevels and hypoid gears.
