摘    要:主要研究了硬质聚氨酯(RPUR)泡沫塑料的密度、异氰酸酯指数、铝板表面处理方式及铬酸阳极化处理后存放时间等因素对RPUR泡沫塑料/铝板粘接性能的影响。研究结果表明,RPUR泡沫塑料/铝板的粘接强度随RPUR泡沫塑料密度的增加而增大,在实验范围内随异氰酸酯指数的升高而降低,当铝板表面采用铬酸阳极化处理时,其与RPUR泡沫塑料之间的粘接性能最好,而且经过铬酸阳极化处理的铝板在存放160d后其粘接效果仍然较好。

Abstract:Effect of the factors such as density of rigid polyurethane (RPUR) foam plastic, isocyanate index, surface treatment of duralumin and resting period of duralumin treated by chromate anodization on the adhesive property of RPUR foam plasitic/du-ralumin was studied. The results showed that the adhesive strength of RPUR foam plastic/duralumin increased with the increase of density of RPUR foam plastic and decreased with the increase of isocyanate index. The RPUR foam plastic/duralumin showed the best adhesive property after the surface of duralumin was treated by chromate anodization. Furthermore, after 160 days of resting period, ano-dized duralumin still held good adhesive ability.
