摘    要:分析了面向设计任务与面向训练任务中虚拟现实技术应用目的和要求的不同,基于维修培训任务的特点和要求,应用桌面式虚拟现实技术,设计了虚拟维修训练系统的功能模块.介绍了桌面式虚拟现实技术的交互控制原理,并阐述了拆装训练、故障诊断训练及训练考核评价3个主要功能模块的设计思路及技术实现方法.开发了某型装载机虚拟维修训练系统,验证了方法的有效性.

Abstract:By analyzing different application objectives and demands on virtual reality technology for design- and training-oriented tasks, the characteristics and requirements of maintenance training tasks are first attained. Based on the desktop virtual reality technology, the functional modules of virtual mainte- nance training system are then designed. Next, the interactive control principles of desktop virtual tech- nology are introduced. Finally, the design concept and technological implementation are summarized on such main functional modules as assembly and disassembly training, fault diagnosis training and training examination and assessment. To this end, a virtual maintenance training system for a specific loader is de- veloped to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
