大马力推土机工作装置结构优化研究

摘    要:鉴于目前国内对重型推土机工作装置受力特性的系统实验相对较少,以大马力推土机横拉杆式前工作装置为研究对象,采用理论分析和仿真分析相结合的方法,对其工作装置动力学性能和结构性能进行研究,并在分析结果的基础上利用相关工程应用软件对其进行优化研究.

Structural optimization on working device of large horse-powered bulldozers

Abstract:In current, relatively few systematic experiments are domestically conducted on the loading properties for working devices of heavy-duty bulldozers. By investigating the crossbar-type front working device of large horse-powered bulldozers, the dynamical and structural performances of working device are studied with integration of theoretical and simulation analyses. Based on the analysis results, the structural optimization is completed via relevant software.
