超大型起重机底盘调平液压系统仿真研究

摘    要:为了检验所设计的2500t环轨起重机底盘调平液压系统的工作性能,对该系统进行了基于AMESim的建模和动态仿真,分析了液压系统在工作过程中的液压缸活塞杆的位移、液压缸内流量和压力的变化情况,确定了本液压调平系统良好的工作性能.

Abstract:In order to test the working performance of the hydraulic leveling system for 2500t ring-rail crane chassis, the AMESimTM-based system modeling and dynamic simulation are conducted. By analyzing the variations of displacement,flow rate and pressure of hydraulic cylinder piston-rod during the working process, the good performance of hydraulic leveling system is indicated.
