摘    要:为分析喷嘴自身结构对喷洒性能的影响,有效提高其喷洒性能,针对目前普遍采用的沥青喷嘴典型结构,改变其开口型式和导流面等结构参数,运用Fluent软件进行仿真.研究了沥青喷嘴槽口宽高比、槽口类型、导流面以及喷嘴收缩段与槽口重合处的接合形式,研究了它们对喷嘴有效喷洒距离、喷洒角、喷洒均匀性和单位面积喷洒量的影响.结果表明:喷嘴喷洒角与槽口宽高比成反比,双槽型喷嘴喷洒性能优于单槽型喷嘴.分析结果可为合理设计与应用提供参考.

Abstract:. To analyze the impact of nozzle structures on spraying performance so as to effectively improve the performance, such structural parameters as opening type and diversion surface are first simulated for typical nozzle structures via FluentTM. Then, the impacts of notch aspect ratio, notch type, diversion surface and joint type between nozzle convergent section and notch overlap are studied on the effectiveness of spray distance, spray angle, spray uniformity and unit area spray volume. Finally, it is found form results that the nozzle spray angle is inversely proportional against the notch aspect ratio, whilst the spraying per- formance of double-slot nozzles is better than that of single-slot nozzles. Therefore, this approach provides a reference to rational design and application for asphalt nozzles.
