乙酰甲胺磷工艺改进研究

摘    要:乙酰甲胺磷是一种高效、低毒、低残留的广谱性杀虫剂,是取代高毒、高残留农药的理想品种之一.产品质量、合成成本、环境保护是制约该产品推广应用的重要因素.东营胜利电化有限责任公司采用氨气代替氨水进行中和反应,避免了水相操作,从而避免了乙酰甲胺磷在水中的溶解,提高了反应收率;还采用无水相操作,避免了萃取过程,降低了对溶剂的溶解度要求与用量;改进实验过程,无废水产生,解决了环保污染问题;采用二氯乙烷代替原工艺中的氯仿和甲苯两种溶剂,降低了溶剂消耗.新工艺过程更加简洁明了,缩短了生产周期,降低了动力消耗与人工成本.

Abstract:Acephate is a broad-spectrum insecticide which is characterized by high efficiency, low toxicity and low remains, and it is one of the ideal products to substitute the high toxicity and high remains pesticides. Quality, cost and environmental protection are important factors which restrict the product extended. Dongying Shengli Electrochemical Co., Ltd. developed a new technology, which adopted ammonia gas to substitute ammonia liquor in neutralization reaction avoiding the dissolution of acephate in water phase operation and increased the yield. The new process also adopted non-water phase avoiding extraction and reduced the demand to solvent solubility and dosages, and the reformed process has no waste water and solve the pollutions questions. The new technology adopted dichloroethane to substitute chloroform and toluene in old technology, which reduced solvent consume. The new technology is more simple, which shorten produce period and reduce power consume and manpower cost.
