摘    要:采用卵蛋白表面活性剂,经包覆反应过程中新生金属铜微粒制作出微胶囊铜。运用透射电镜(TEM)进行微囊形貌和组成分析。微胶囊铜粒径在200nm左右,呈卵圆形或圆球形,核心元素组成是铜,包覆材料及少许杂质由碳、氧、硫和钠组成。采用ICPAES测定了微胶囊芯材铜含量。将微胶囊铜用于脱除变质喷气燃料中元素硫,具有强选择性,再生燃料润滑性等几乎不受影响,是理想的金属胶体脱硫剂。

Abstract:Microcapsule copper is made by using surfactant of egg glairs to enwrap fresh copper particle produced in reaction. Transmission Electron Microscope (TEM) is used to analyze its form and composition. The analyses show that its diameter is about 200nm, its form is egg rotundity, and its core elemental is copper while cover layer and impurities are made of C, O, S and Na. Microcapsule core copper content is determined by Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectroscopy (ICPAES). Microcapsule copper is perfect sweetening agent in riding the elemental sulfur of corrosive jet fuels for its stronger selectivity, and the reusing fuels performance such as lubricity be affected little.
