| Abstract: | The definition,list of the principle and methodologies,characteristics,historical background for the emergence of green chemistry were discussed.A great industrial revolution caused by green chemistry was illustrated.The green wave is just forcing the chemists and chemical-engineers to adjust the traditional mode of thinking,the education contents,and the direction of the research and development. |
