| 摘 要： | 我公司自行设计的３万ｔ／ａ（单套）合成盐酸装置,是在正压状态下,氯气和氢气自动配比,在二合一石墨炉中反应,通过加大了冷却器面积,减少了一个降膜吸收器等措施,满足了既生产盐酸,又给其他产品输送氯化氢气体的要求,对工艺、设备、土建等方面均有较大改进,自动化程度有很大提高,提高了产品产量、质量及生产的安全。

| Abstract: | The new hydrochloric acid production unit stated in this paper is a single set of equipment with capacity of 30000 t/a,which was designed by Qingdao Haijing Chemical(group)Co.,Ltd.In the new process,the ratio of chlorine and hydrogen is automatically controlled and the reaction is occurred in a two-in-one (combination of synthesis and cooling)graphite furnace under positive pressure.To meet the need of both hydrochloric acid production and hydrogen chloride gas supply for other products,the cooler area is enlarged and a falling-film absorber is cancelled.As a new leap of hydrochloric acid production technology in the company,great improvement was made in process,equipment and civil engineering,especially in unit automation.And also,it improved the quality and quantity of product and security of production. |
