| 摘 要： | 提出了用于化工装置扩建改造的系统综合优化法。分析了扩建改造目标、瓶颈及相互关系,提出了扩建改造的组织工作模式和实施策略。强调了计算机模拟技术和专家民主讨论决策机制对扩建改造的重要意义。

| Abstract: | The system synthesis and optimization strategy for chemical plant retrofit was presented in this paper.The objects,bottle-necks and the relation between them were analyzed,the organization and work model and retrofit steps were described some detail with emphasis on using simulation technology and deciding based on discussing among many specialists.Some examples were given. |
