摘    要:介绍了一种在线油料电导率测量装置。该装置主要由显示控制模块、电导测量模块和环境监测模块组成,具有电导率测量、温湿度测量、大气压力测量、温度系数补偿、定点校准等功能,方便安装、维护;通过对影响参数的检测,增强了同批次油料不同地域测量数据的可比性;测试数据分析结果表明该装置的主要性能指标达到设计要求。

Abstract:This article introduces an online measuring device for electrical conductivity of fluids. It consists of display control module, electrical conductivity measurement module and environmental monitoring module. This device has functions of electrical conductivity measurement, temperature and humidity measurement, air pressure measurement, temperature coefficient compensation, and fixed-point calibration. It's easy to install and maintain. The testing of parameters improved the comparability of measurement data, which were got from the same batch of fluids in different areas. Experiment result shows that main performance of the device has met the demands of system design.
