生物酶短流程前处理工艺比较

摘    要:将纯棉织物分别采用轧堆法和轧蒸法进行退煮一步法或退煮漂一步法处理织物,通过测试退浆率、白度、毛效和强力,比较了不同的短流程前处理工艺对处理效果的影响,同时与传统的碱前处理方法进行了比较,得出织物可以采用生物酶进行短流程加工,前处理效果与碱处理的效果相当,可以用来代替常规碱处理的方法.

Abstract:Cotton fabric was treated with enzyme in one bath desizing, scouring and bleaching using sperately the pad-batch and pad-steam process. The results of different shorter cycle bioenzymatic pretreatment are compared-with through testing the desizing rate, whiteness, capillary effect, and strength.
