摘    要:根据自行榴弹炮的战术使用特点,提出了自行榴弹炮随动系统执行元件功率计算应以火炮火力机动性为出发点,按调转指标计算执行元件峰值功率的方法。该方法是在分析了调转过程中加速度、速度与调转指标定量关系及加速、制动过程动力学方程为基础进行的。先估算满足调转要求的执行元件的最小功率,初选执行元件,再根据执行元件、动力减速器参数及调转过程的运动学、动力学方程计算执行元件峰值功率,经校核,选定执行元件功率。并对如何合理的设计、选择执行元件转子转动惯量、动力减速器速比和效率等参数结合实例进行了分析。

Abstract:According to the tactical operation features, power calculation method of servo system executive element of self-propelled howitzer was proposed. The method took the flexibility of gun firepower as focal point, and calculated peak power of executive element according to transfer guideline. This method was based on analysis of the fixed quantify relationship of acceleration and speed with transfer guideline and dynamics equation during the course of brake. Firstly, the least power of executive element satisfied with transfer requirements was estimated, executive element was chosen preliminary, and peak power of executive element was calculated according to executive element, parameters of power reducer, kinematics data during transfer, dynamics equation and so on. means of certification. Moreover, reasonable design, and effectiveness of power reducer were analyzed by Then peak power of executive element was chosen by selection of rotor inertia of executive element, speed use of some examples simultaneously.
