摘    要:采用浸渍法制备了CuCoOx/TiO2催化剂,并用XRD、TPR和BET进行了表征。350 ℃焙烧的催化剂CuCoOx/TiO2具有CuCo2O4尖晶石结构,比表面积大,对CO的催化氧化效果好,在110 ℃时可将1%的CO完全氧化成CO2。考察了催化剂焙烧温度、反应温度、CO进口浓度、空速对催化剂催化氧化CO性能的影响。该CuCoOx/TiO2催化剂具有良好的单独抗水和抗硫性能,可用于不同时存在二氧化硫和水的废气脱除CO。

Abstract:A series of CuCoOx catalysts supported on TiO2 were prepared by impregnation for catalytic CO oxidation. The results of XRD and TPR analysis and BET testing showed that the catalyst calcined at 350℃ has a spinel structure of CuCo2O4 having a larger specific surface area and a better catalytic efficiency. At 110℃, CO with 1% concentration can be completely oxidized into CO2. Effects of calcination temperature, reaction temperature, CO concentration, space velocity as well as the influence of SO2 and H2O on CO conversion have been investigated. The prepared catalyst has good poison resistance against SO2 and H2O, which can be used for removing CO from flue gas that contains either SO2 or H2O.
