| 摘 要： | 介绍了PVC离心母液的特点和预处理方案,阐述了山东阳煤恒通化工股份有限公司10万t/a PVC装置采用"厌氧+两级好氧+一级BYS降解+臭氧深度处理+二级BYS降解"的生化法处理离心母液的工艺过程。结果表明:处理后的PVC离心母液出水水质ρ(COD)≤20 mg/L、浊度≤5 NTU、pH值7~9。

| Abstract: | The characteristics of PVC centrifugal mother liquid and pretreatment plans were in- troduced. A kind of biochemical process for the treatment of PVC centrifugal mother liquid adopted in the 100 kt/a PVC production facility of Shandong Yangmei Hengtong Chemical Industry Co. , Ltd. was introduced. The process included anaerobic, two-stage aerobic, first-order BYS degradation, advanced treatment with ozone, and two-order BYS degradation. The results show that the treated PVC centrifugal mother liquid contains COD≤20mg/L, turbidity≤5 NTU and pH 7-9. |
