| 摘 要： | 在对四轮定位仪检测过程中主销、车轮与转角盘相对运动分析的基础上,提出了在汽车纵横两平面内主销倾角应用独立设定原则的检定方法。研发了能够检定四轮定位仪测量结果的仪器,并设计了量值溯源方案。应用发明的检定装置对四轮定位仪测量主销倾角的结果进行了检定,并通过该检定装置解决了四轮定位仪量值溯源的问题。

Adjustable Technology of Four-wheel Aligners Based on New Calibrating Apparatus |

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of movement among kingpin,wheel and turntable,Calibrating method for kingpin obliquity was presented according to independent enactment principle in vertical section and transect of automobile.Calibrating apparatus for four-wheel aligners was invented;project for tracing to the source was designed.The kingpin obliquity results of wheel aligners were inspected.The calibrating apparatus resolves the problem of tracing the measurement to the national standard for wheel aligners' results. |
