| 摘 要： | 针对专家定性估算费用时的思维方式与特点,利用未确知数的方法对寿命周期各阶段的费用分别进行估算,然后利用区间数加法将其相加,在此基础上建立了装备全寿命费用定性估算模型。应用实例表明,它比直接利用区间数加法估算所得到的结果更合理、有效。

| Abstract: | According to the thinking mode and characteristics of the experts when they estimate the cost qualitatively,unascertained number method is used for estimating the cost of each phase of the whole life cycle. The results are then added up under the adding rule of interval number,based on which the qualitative estimation model of equipment LCC is established.The example shows that the results from the model are more reasonable and effective than those from the estimation method by direct use of the interval number adding rule. |
