| Abstract: | In order to promote the international engineering company's working procedure and method for compilation of investment budget estimate of the large scaled petrochemical joint venture project.It analyzes the differences between the budget estimates of the domestic and the joint venture project in terms of investment cost division,calculation method,pricing origin,compilation procedure,relationship of the conditions,review procedure and etc. based on the large petrochemical joint venture project for the purpose of enhancing the compilation accuracy of the investment budget estimate. |
