浅水铺管船锚机主要部件的设计分析

摘    要:恒张力锚机是浅水铺管船上的重要设备,主要由动力系统、传动系统、刹车系统、控制系统、支撑固定系统等组成。根据锚机的结构设计,对主电机的选型、刹车系统中的制动器选型、减速器的传动比等进行了分析。计算分析结果表明:设计的锚机较好地实现了预定的功能,并具有较高的安全系数。

Abstract:Constant tension windlass is important equipment on shallow water pipelaying vessel,and each windlass's structure essentially similar.In order to realize the effect and the function which the windlass should have,the windlass is mainly composed of power system,transmission system,brake system,control system and support fixed system.According to the structure design of the windlass,the analysis was made for the selection of its main motor,brake in the braking system,speed reducer transmission ratio and so on.The calculation results show that the designed windlass has realized the predetermined function well,and has a high safety factor.
