大花序桉叶精油的化学成分分析

摘    要:采用水蒸汽蒸馏法提取大花序桉叶精油,通过气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用分析鉴定其化学成分.首次从大花序桉叶精油中鉴定出34种化合物,鉴定精油成分占总精油质量分数的68.321%.大花序桉精油的主要成分是α-蒎烯(47.364%)、β-桉叶醇(2.457%)、γ-桉叶醇(1.955%)、α-桉叶醇(1.316%)和柠檬烯(1.427%),具有重要的工业应用价值.

Abstract:The essential oil from leaves of eucalyptus cloeziana was extracted and determined.The volatile components were obtained by steam distillation and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS) method.34 compounds in essential oil from E.cloeziana were identified,amounting to 68.321% of the total area of the peaks.The principal constituents were α-pinene(47.364%),β-eudesmol(2.457%),γ-eudesmol(1.955%)、α-eudesmol(1.316%)and limonene(1.427%).The result provides theoretic basis for the multiple utilization and developments of E.cloeziana.
