"数字黄河"工程规划项目综述

"数字黄河"工程规划是"数字黄河"工程建设的基础工作.项目实施中,通过调研,统一了对"数字黄河"工程的认识;在"需求牵引,应用至上"的建设原则下,开展了"数字黄河"工程需求分析;遵循"以我为主,博采众长"的编制原则,编制了<"数字黄河"工程规划>.该<规划>是一个科学的、具有可操作性的规划,是我国第一个得到水利部批复的"数字流域"规划.规划成果包括"数字黄河"工程规划报告以及数字防汛、数字水资源管理与调度、公共基础信息采集、计算机网络、数据中心以及信息资源调查与整合等11个专题规划报告.今后<规划>的实施,首先要结合实际,制定规划实施方案;二要加快基础平台建设,促进信息互联互通;三要应用牵引,推进重点应用系统建设;四要逐步完善标准体系,加强标准化建设.

The planning of "Digital Yellow River" Project is the base of the "Digital Yellow River" Project.
