摘    要:网络化制造环境下,制造资源的评价和选择是实现资源优化配置的关键技术。本文在简要描述了资源模型和任务模型的基础上,针对制造过程元任务的主要特征(功能、质量、时间、经济、信誉),采用层次分析法构建了面对制造元任务的资源评价指标体系。在模糊理论的基础上,提出了网络化资源模糊评价模型。并通过零件制造应用实例,验证了本文提出的资源评价方法的合理性和有效性。

Abstract:The evaluating and selecting of manufacturing resource is the pivotal question to realize agile manufacturing under the Networking environment. This article, firstly, simply studied the resources model and task model that is the basis for resource evaluating. Then, based on the analyzing the main character of manufacturing meta-task (function, quality, time, cost, credit), constructed the resource evaluating factor system and then applied the fuzzy theory and AHP method, bring forward the networking manufacturing resources fuzzy evalu- ating model. Lastly, by evaluating several machine equipments for a real part-manufactur- ing task, validating the rationality and validity of the fuzzy evaluating model.
