摘    要:着重研究了工作温度范围为20~77K的低温热敏电阻器的生产工艺参数。利用先进的半导体陶瓷工艺,合成了新的低温NTC热敏陶瓷材料SrCoO3-δ,并用不同量的Ni取代Co对其掺杂改性,得到了不同阻值、不同B值的陶瓷材料,同时研究了烧结温度和恒温时间对Co-Ni-Sr-O系NTC热敏材料参数的影响。在材料粉体合成中,采用固相烧结、共沉淀法、溶胶凝胶法、Pechini法等不同方法制备,讨论了不同方法的基本原理与特点,并对一些具体制备方法进行了比较。

Abstract:The research focuses on the technical conditions of low temperature NTC thermistor which works at 20~77 K.With advanced semiconducting technological process,a low temperature thermistor SrCoO3-δ was synthesized. Doping SrCoO3-δ with Ni to replace Co,the different electrical resistance and the different B value of samples were gained.Meanwhile the increasing sintering temperatures and the soaking time influence on the electrical resistance and the B value of samples were researched.The different preparation methods were attempted to synthesize the powder,including simply solid state sintering,co-deposition,sol-gel and Pechini,and the basic theory and features were discussed and compared.
