摘    要:电力企业资产管理通常使用纸面或传统方法已无法满足资料可视化的需要,企业清查资产或进行设备巡检等,需要消耗大量的时间和人力物力,同时也需要员工有很高的责任心。针对上述问题,在此设计并实现了基于RFID技术的电力资产管理系统。该系统由RFID电子标签、标签关联、巡检系统和后台管理组成。研究并实现了使用远程数据访问对象,实现手持机上SQLServerCE数据库与远程PC服务器上SQI。Server2000数据库的数据同步与交换。该系统的实际应用,实现了电力资产全生命周期管理的可视化和信息实时更新,从而保证帐、卡、物的统一。

Abstract:The paper-based or traditional methods of the electric power enterprise asset management can not meet the needs of information visualization. Since the inventory of assets, businesses for equipment inspection and so on often consume a lot of time and resources, and need to staff a high sense of responsibility, in response to these problems, the RFID-based electric power asset management system is designd. It consists of RFID tags, tag relation, inspection system and server management. The use of remote data access RDA object was studied and implemented. The data synchronization and exchange between the portable reader SQL Server CE database and a remote PC server with SQL Server 2000 database were achieved. The application of this system realizes electric power asset lifeeycle management and information visualization real-time up- dates, thus ensures the account, card, and material unity.
